About The Bra ExperienceThe owners of The Bra Experience have a combined 25 years experience in retail sales, merchandising and quality customer service. During our tenure in different clothing establishments, we were often approached by customers seeking lingerie that would suffice their needs. The store would have lingerie that supplied ladies with medium or standard cup sizes but all to often the lady of unusual size, full figure or smaller cups were totally left out. If they were fortunate enough to find their size, then the style was unavailable. Stephanie, being a full figured lady herself, found this to be quite frustrating. On numerous occasions she shopped for lingerie and, after visiting several shopping centers, found what she viewed in the first store to be pretty much the same as the eighth store. The only escape was to seek out a specialty store which was anywhere from 50 - 200% higher.After repeatedly experiencing these frustrations, it became quite clear that there was a need for a service to assist ladies in these categories. This is why we are introducing The Bra Experience. We began to search for lingerie that had 5 basic features, 1.Comfort 2.Affordability 3.Style 4.Durability 5.Enhancement. As stated in our welcome, our objective is to offer a host of bras, panties, garter belts and shapewear to aid our customers in sculpting their own magnificent beauty. Again, let us direct your attention to the portrait of Aphrodite. The two things that loom out immediately are that the portrait is unique and the love and skill the artist displayed while creating this masterpiece. For Returns utilize the following steps:
For Exchanges: Email the style number, size & color of the new item(s) you would like sent to you including you billing name, address and order number. Return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the package utilizing the following steps:
Your refund/exchange will be processed minus a
10% restocking fee and any
shipping fees. Packages returned outside of our guidelines will either
be refused or receive a higher 15% restocking fee. Our decision to totally eliminate shipping

For our customers who have made
