About The Bra Experience

The owners of The Bra Experience have a combined 25 years experience in retail sales, merchandising and quality customer service. During our tenure in different clothing establishments, we were often approached by customers seeking lingerie that would suffice their needs. The store would have lingerie that supplied ladies with medium or standard cup sizes but all to often the lady of unusual size, full figure or smaller cups were totally left out. If they were fortunate enough to find their size, then the style was unavailable. Stephanie, being a full figured lady herself, found this to be quite frustrating. On numerous occasions she shopped for lingerie and, after visiting several shopping centers, found what she viewed in the first store to be pretty much the same as the eighth store. The only escape was to seek out a specialty store which was anywhere from 50 - 200% higher.

After repeatedly experiencing these frustrations, it became quite clear that there was a need for a service to assist ladies in these categories. This is why we are introducing The Bra Experience. We began to search for lingerie that had 5 basic features, 1.Comfort 2.Affordability 3.Style 4.Durability 5.Enhancement. As stated in our welcome, our objective is to offer a host of bras, panties, garter belts and shapewear to aid our customers in sculpting their own magnificent beauty. Again, let us direct your attention to the portrait of Aphrodite. The two things that loom out immediately are that the portrait is unique and the love and skill the artist displayed while creating this masterpiece. We seek to assist our customers in perfecting their own masterpiece by providing quality lingerie at a reasonable price.

United States Shipping Policy

Our shipping standard is 5-15 business days.
Since we carry unusual sizes from both American and International designers from time to time a selection may have to be backordered from the supplier which could add an additional 5-15 business days to the shipping time. If your order requires additional shipping time, you will be notified accordingly.

Free Shipping

Express Shipping

 is available provided the items are in stock. The charge for express shipping begins at $25.00 and may increase due to size of package. Packages are shipped the day after your order is placed and delivered within 1-2 days. Signature is required.
Please call 214-BRA-1904 to inquire about express delivery.

We strongly suggest you verify the size and color when purchasing items from The Bra Experience. Our decision to totally eliminate standard shipping charges on US orders has forced us to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. Of course, Texas residents must pay the 8.25% sales tax.

International Shipping Policy

Our shipping standard is 5-15 business days.
 Since we carry unusual sizes from both American and International designers from time to time a selection may have to be backordered from the supplier which could add an additional 5-15 business days to the shipping time. If your order requires additional shipping time, you will be notified accordingly.

Canada - $6.00 Packages are sent First Class Mail which has an estimated delivery that varies by destination.

International - $30.00

 Packages are sent Global Express Mail which has a travel time of 5-7 days once the package is shipped.
A signature is required for all deliveries.  
We strongly suggest you verify the size and color when purchasing from The Bra Experience. Our decision to charge a flat rate on all international orders has forced us to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Exchange/Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from The Bra Experience. But if you are not, return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the package.
Send your package to 3213 Pioneer Rd,Balch Springs, TX 75180.  For question regarding a returning merchandise or a return already shipped back, email info@BraExperience.com.  Please note the different steps for Returns verses Exchanges.

For Returns utilize the following steps:

  1. Items in their original, unworn condition.
  2. Tags still attached to garment.
  3. Packing slip enclosed.
  4. Reason for your return.

For Exchanges:  Email the style number, size & color of the new item(s) you would like sent to you including you billing name, address and order number.  Return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the package utilizing the following steps:

  1. Items in their original, unworn condition.
  2. Tags still attached to garment.
  3. Packing slip enclosed.
  4. Style number, size & color of the new item(s) you would like sent to you.
     

Your refund/exchange will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees. Packages returned outside of our guidelines will either be refused or receive a higher 15% restocking fee.  Our decision to totally eliminate shipping on US orders and charge a flat rate on all international orders has forced us to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your email address or ANY personal information to anyone for any reason. Email addresses will only be used by our company, Bra Experience, to contact you with special promotions or offers.

To ensure your privacy, all regular packages are sent in plain packaging without the company name stated on the return label – only the company address.  Overnight Packages will have T. B. E. - the companies initials- on the Air bill.

Email the information to Info@braexperience.com and we will call to complete your order.  Be sure to include the best time to reach you during business hours.

Mail Order with Check or Money Order

This is by far the slowest way to receive your merchandise. Due to the volume of returned checks we have received, merchandise cannot be held or ordered (if out of stock) until check or money order is received. If you choose this method of payment, you must allow an additional 7-10 days for your check to clear.
